3. Booking & Payments

Bookings must be made through our official website or contact channels.
Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for partial refunds.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
The Game House reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety or technical issues).

5. Event Rules

Guests must follow all safety instructions during gameplay.
Any damages caused to our equipment due to misuse will be charged to the client.
The Game House is not responsible for personal injuries or lost belongings at events.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials on this site are the property of The Game House. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

The Game House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law.
